Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to customers worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and many other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through the Shop app.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us to discuss return or exchange options.

How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped out with 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed, thank you.  We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date.  

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive my Order?

 

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5-9 business days for delivery, exceptions and delays may apply. 

 

We Do Not Cancel Orders, Sales are Final

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of any delays, please contact your local custom office.

To request a cancellation for your order, we advise you contact us as soon as possible.
