I bought this beautiful watch for my cousin's very special year birthday! We live far from each other and I wanted to get her something as special as she is for her celebrating day! Her remark to me was simply, "It's gorgeous!" As I have seen it before in person I did not hesitate to order it again to surprise her with this beautiful gift. I also got her two age themed gifts from Amazon! It is so wonderful that you can find personal type of gift choices with Amazon. The only problem was that the birthday message was not in the package! She had received two packages that day (the others I sent earlier) and therefore, did not know who sent it but I had given her the tracking number to make sure it got delivered properly. When I spoke to her, she asked what was in my package and I told her...she was overwhelmed by this watch! As I have personally seen it before in a purchase, I knew it exuded quality, design and quality that would last as a classic for many, many years. Please, if it is a gift, and the customer puts in a gift message, as I always do, and make sure it is in the package for the recipient. That very same glitch happened twice from Amazon when I received some gifts and did not know who had sent the gift. It is necessary to have that little note inside. BTW - the delivery person placed it outside her apartment door and it is a walk up apartment and that was keeping security and safety in mind in the delivery! The delivery was excellent! Most of all - It was the PERFECT gift!
